Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the Customs agent to release your package.

We have no control over possible delays due to Customs once the package has left the U.S. We have no control over how much duties and fees to your country are.

We are unable to offer prepaid return labels to international customers.

Return labels must be paid for by the customer and a tracking number should be provided to a team member.

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of your delivery date.

All returns will be verified by a team member before a refund is issued.

Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.
