Shipping
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please contact info@ferroguitars.
Shipping is fulfilled by USPS and is a flat rate of $12 for all orders. Rate subject to change.

Weekends & Holidays
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST)
If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. We can not guarantee a shipment time but for any further assistance please email us at info@ferroguitars.com

Address Change & Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is placed the shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your order is marked as delivered and you cannot find it please contact the carrier.

Returns
All returns must be shipped within 14 days of your delivery date.
All returns will be verified by a team member before a refund is issued.
Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.
Returns that are damaged, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Process & Refunds

Once return is started we will email you a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Damaged & Non-Refundable Items
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No exceptions.
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Ferro Guitars discretion.
